Kaizen BJJ is a personal study tool for organizing and reviewing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques. The platform does not host video content on its own servers. It embeds or links to videos hosted on third-party platforms including YouTube, Bilibili, and FloGrappling. Kaizen BJJ does not control, produce, or distribute the video content accessible through the platform.

The Kaizen BJJ brand, logo, user interface design, and underlying source code are the proprietary property of Kaizen BJJ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User-generated content such as technique names, notes, tags, and descriptions belongs to the respective users who created it.

Embedded videos and linked content belong to their respective rights holders and are subject to the terms of the platforms where they are hosted.

Kaizen BJJ acts as an intermediary service that allows users to reference and organize links to third-party video content. Kaizen BJJ does not control, endorse, verify, or guarantee the legality, accuracy, or availability of any third-party content accessible via embedded players or external links. Responsibility for the content of external links lies with the hosting platform and, where applicable, with the user who submitted the reference.

Rights holders who believe their copyrighted content is being referenced on Kaizen BJJ without authorization may submit a takedown request to legal@kaizenbjj.app. Your request should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL of the content on Kaizen BJJ that you believe infringes your rights.
• Your contact information (name, email, phone number).
• A statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder.

Kaizen BJJ will review valid takedown requests and act within 72 hours of receipt.

Content saved privately by users in their personal library is stored as URL references for individual study purposes. Users are solely responsible for the content they save to their private library. Kaizen BJJ does not monitor, review, or endorse private user content.

This legal notice is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.

Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
