By creating an account on Kaizen BJJ or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kaizen BJJ. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
When you create an account with Kaizen BJJ, you agree to the following:
Kaizen BJJ offers a 15-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
After your trial period ends, continued access requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
You retain full ownership of any content you create on Kaizen BJJ, including techniques, notes, and videos.
By uploading content to the platform, you grant Kaizen BJJ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and serve your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You may delete your content at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove it from the platform in accordance with our data retention practices.
The Kaizen BJJ brand, logo, user interface, and underlying source code are the proprietary property of Kaizen BJJ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
Kaizen BJJ is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability and do not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond our reasonable control -- including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure failures, and other force majeure events.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kaizen BJJ disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaizen BJJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages -- including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill -- arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Kaizen BJJ in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email with at least 30 days notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
